Try the following.
Turn the vehicle to ON/RUN to access the Settings menu, then select SETTINGS from the Home page on the infotainment system display.
Personalization Menus
. Time and Date
. Driving Mode
. Language (Language) . Valet Mode
. Teen Driver
. Radio
. Vehicle
Go to
Remote Lock, Unlock, Start
If we tick the option Remote Window Operation the windows are rolling down and up with the remote key fob.

I know that, set it up the day I bought it. I want to roll the windows up too. It only rolls the windows down.
