As soon as msd gets back from being mamo’fied, I will be happy to do a back to back with a 103 and stock throttle body. (If you want me to do one with a ported one, then you have to send me one. Lol)
Looking forward to it!

Hmmm I might actually do that. When you gonna be on the rollers ?

Well I will be getting tuned in the next week or so. My tune is a good friend of mine that owns a performance shop. He wants to do the transmission tuning on a separate session than the engine tuning.

Torque converter will go in and get tuned next week

Bolt ons (assuming the mamo intake comes in on time.... I have everything else) will go on and get tuned the following week.

But if you are genuinely interested, I will talk him into letting me borrow his dyno for a throttle body comparison. Would take all of 30 minutes and I think i can bribe him with either food or ice cream.

I probably don't drive normal speed limits much lol. Not that I think it makes a huge difference but I do have 325's in the rear and 285's in front.

I came pretty close. 484/457 on E85.
Though I also deliberately told my tuner to be very conservative with the timings.
The car sees road course events and time attack, so I played it safe.
I'm sure I could've hit/gotten 500 otherwise.
This was on a DynoJet(EgoJet) in 5th gear.

It's just a number

Just curious - why did the tuner use 5th gear on the M6. Isn't 4th gear the one with the traditional 1:1 ratio used on dynos? I know it is for the standard SS m6 - maybe not for the 1LE?

It's just a number. White line on the ground is what matters.

Look at ULTRAZSL1. 10.85 and he might be short of that 500RWHP you talk of.

No mustang does 10's with that.
Mustangs hit 10s with less power, new 18 10spd ones need 470ish to break 10s also

I think if GM didn't neuter everyone with the fuel system, we would be more on par with how easy it is to make the numbers Ford is with the '18 GT's budget wise. Look at the parts list on this and what it throws down...

I made 475/466 on E60 so another close one but no where close to actually breaking 500whp. Looks like everyone gets to about the same range with full bolt ons and e85. Seems as though the only way to touch 500whp and up is to have a cam if you are trying to stay N/A

X2. The fuel system on the LT1s are a joke. Reason I'm staying NA. Just plan on doing heads and cam.
The 5.0 engine blows the LT1 out of the water once you throw boost at them.
