It depends on your insurance. My employer is self insured, so they will ultimately pay for the repair.

As an individual, check with your insurance company, or you could purchase the rental company's.insurance.

Over The Hill Gang , Old Farts with Young Cars

If I rent a car, I am covered under my current insurance policy. But I wonder if they would pay in that situation.....maybe invoke the 'act of God' clause!

Hope it is not a problem.

Hip, Hip Hurray for an extra long weekend. It is really cold outside right now but hoping it warms up some. Need to get ready to drag race on Saturday. Happy Good Friday crew.

It was a FAST week went to Charleston, SC Monday / Tuesday to have a meeting with a dealer and make some sales calls. Picked-up my boss Wednesday afternoon and drove to Gainesville, FL for another meeting with a large dealership group. Left Gainesville this morning with my boss and drove to Daytona Internatonal Speedway for the start of the Spring Turkey Run. Dropped my boss off at the airport this afternoon. Headed back to Daytona tomorrow with my father for the 2nd day of the Turkey Run - Pics to follow!

Happy Good Friday Everyone! Have a Safe and Happy Easter!!!

we had a lot of freezing rain yesterday which caused loss power to go out several times yesterday and last night . Being on call I was out for a few hours last night .
This morning we went to the cottage seen a lot of trees down , traffic lights out , snapped hydro poles and broken wires . Some areas still have no power . At the cottage it did get snow first then some freezing rain . A 2 inch branch came down between our pickup truck and my wifes car, it bounced off the top of the box and put a small dent in the back door of her car . there is a scratch about 1 foot long where it probably slid down the door .It could have been worse , I might be able to get most of the scratch out with a buffer . So I moved the vehicles away from the trees just in case the wind picks up tonight. It is supposed to warm up over the weekend .

Well I got my NEW car today and I have to say WOW. I have owned 4 5th Gen's 2 v6 and 2 V8's and one was a 1LE. This new Car is far superior every gear on the new car is like a gear lower on the Old car 5 pulls like 4 and so on. The rev Match feature is just sick. I'm very happy with my decision. I went with a lease this time not knowing what might come along in the future Or God forbid I finally grow up and get a Old farts car LOL <<<< Peace my friends!!! HAPPY EASTER to all and enjoy your Egg Salad afterwards.............. :LOL

Sorry for the troubles 70rsz28. Hope it proves to be an easy fix.

Glad you are lovin' the new car Skip. Enjoy.

It was really cold all day. The sky finally cleared around 5:00 just long enough to knock a bit of the chill off the air. I took Ruby in & got her a new battery. It was just time & I did not want not take any chances. I had a coupon for a silver professional AC Delco but ended up getting a gold battery for the price of a silver plus the discount on the coupon. Then I enjoyed a long soak in the hot tub. Mike made me a necklace holder & put up a bar shelf. Here are a few pics of those projects & a few others he has done lately including a Camaro wind chime.

Have a great time Trick.

Sorry to hear of your winter issues 70

Congrats Skip. It looks great.

Your spa area looks great Jan.

We saw lots of returned rentals with hail damage today, all parked in one area. First thing they asked was insurance info. Our company is self insure, plus we have a national account agreement with National Car Rental. It was rather painless.

Glad to be home where it is warm.
