6060 drain plug
Does anyone know what size it is?
Standard 1/2-14NPT or is it metric?

Does anyone have a clue?
I'd like to find a way to mod this so: A) its easier to drain B) doesnt drain all over the crossmember

On the ZL1 version, at least, the drain plug is the temperature sensor. No mess.

It’s 1/2” NPT, but I’m not positive on the pitch. I replaced the fill and drain plugs with a Dimple magnetic plug.
You could use the temp sensor for draining, but the TR6060 has a real drain plug that sits slightly lower. Just remove the crossmember. It’s a quick job and not a big deal to just remove that part.

That's a good idea to try so you can drain the majority out though. Thanks!

I'm going to order some aluminum pipe fittings and see if I can make it easier to service without all the mess.
