Question ZL1 drivetrain: share parts from CTS-V?

What are the odds that the ZL1 will share drivetrain parts with new CTS-V?

Well, considering it's the LT4 engine, I think there's a pretty decent shot.

If I were a betting man, I'd put all my chips in the fact that more than 75% of them would be identical. The only difference really should be packaging, but otherwise they will have the same engine, transmission, rear end etc.

Core parts might be shared, but Camaro team has (as in the past) become very specific about what they expect out of the car.

It appears (that we can see, so far) that the engine intake plenum will be different, the transmissions will be different (CTS-V only offers an 8-speed auto, ZL1 is getting a uniquely-geared 6-speed manual, or 10 speed auto), and different distances for driveshaft, etc...but the diff will probably be the same, albeit with a different calibration.
