Can I get some help with options to make 2ss louder?

Has the active exhaust option so I feel like it'd be a waste to get a different muffler?

And no resonator so my only options are primary or secondary cat delete?

Headers with cat delete, leave the stock NPP alone.

You can gradually do things to test out if you don't want it to be too loud for your taste. Secondary cat removal to begin with, then remove muffler, headers. Or just flatout go with full exhaust, headers with no cats and leave NPP alone. I opted out with secondary cat delete (borla xpipe) and I am happy where the car is at. Zero drone, zero annoyance and much better sound.

Just add a set of electric exhaust cutouts or diverters! Leave the rest of your exhaust as-is!

If you want to keep your warranty and not tune it, go with an Axle back or Cat back exhaust. If you don't care about the warranty, keep stock NPP and get headers and cat delete with a tune.

Borla mid with secondary cat delete part #60606 and ATAK axle back #11925 or SType axle back #11924

That is the setup I am going with...works with NPP

Depends if you're after power or sound and if you care about potential warranty issues.

If you want cheapest and don't mind cutting up the exhaust then go to a shop and have the secondary cats removed. I actually think someone is making secondary cat delete pipes soon. In fact I think Borla said they are and to stay tuned. It was in a thread somewhere.

If warranty is an issue than a full Borla Catback.

If warranty is not an issue and you don't care about power and just want the best sound, still Borla Catback.

If you want power and sound, Long Tube Headers into factory OEM. Def louder and sounds good.

If you want the best sound in the world AND power you gotta pay to play. Then you can do LT Headers and Borla Catback. Now that is a sound like no other. My favorite.

These are my suggestions. I'm obviously going with the last option. Already have the Borla system on and the Headers are sitting in my garage.

What headers and how are you connecting it to the Borla catback?

I have Kooks 1 7/8 inch headers with the catted 3inch to 2.75 inch connection pipes. The Borla catback is the same 2.75 inch diameter as the OEM system. So my plan is to measure and cut the pipes just like I would for OEM. I will be measuring the diameter of the OEM section vs the Borla section where the cut will need to be made just to make sure the diameters are the same like they should be.

Maybe this weekend ill get the parts out of the box and measure it up. Then Kooks supplies stainless band clamps to connect the catted pipes to the OEM exhaust. It does not look like they slip fit at all, rather just touch eachother and then get tightened down in the bandclamp? This is the part I've been trying to confirm.
