HUD Not Working
Just noticed the HUD will slowly fade and then go completely out after about a minute of having the car started. Odd thing is putting on either turn signal will make it reappear at normal brightness for about a minute then it slowly fades and goes completely out again. Tried toggling through the different displays and turning the brightness up and down, the only thing that makes it come back on is the turn signal or starting the car. Any idea what is wrong with it?

Mine was replaced under warranty a few years back. Seats, center console, and entire dash has to come out

Blownfogger540 had used color ones for $125 shipped. I bought one for when I decide to pull the dash and replace the monochrome one...

Well this sucks, sounds pretty invasive.
Last year I dropped the dash (not pulled out) in my sons 01 Ram to replace the heater core, it was definitely time consuming and difficult at times but not insanely hard. I can't imagine what hurdles there would be doing a 13 ZL1. Is there an online write up or step by step guide anywhere to review? I may just do without it although I really do like the feature. |

Thanks for the info. Oddly enough when I drove home it worked fine and never went out.
