New from OKC

I take deliver of a ‘11 2SS /36k miles tomorrow. I’m an old LS1 guy and have been out of the game for 12 years when I sold my ‘99 SS with all the bolt-ons.

I’m trying to get caught up on Gen 5. I wasn’t planning on this, but it fell into place.

It appeared on the dealers website Saturday without pictures. On Monday morning they already had 5 calls on it and had sent out pictures from a phone. I placed a refundable deposit on it based off the pictures and build sheet. Fortunately, they’re putting new tires on it..we’ll worth the few extra days.

Here’s the catch..The dealer told me it has an aftermarket exhaust (!). Perfect. Without seeing it, I don’t know what else was done.

Does anyone in the OKC area know the history of this car? Im not on FB for the groups, so hopefully someone here has seen it.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Congrats on the buy if you do it.
Far as mods I can see is differant rims. Has a great upper grill it's a Heritage grill, plus a differant spoiler. I'm not sure but I believe it is a dove tail spoiler.

Interesting..I think those items were upgrades from the factory build sheet. I did bring it home last night.

I found out performance wise, it’s only and aftermarket Y and catback. It’s pretty, but I can’t tell the type. It wasn’t tuned, so the SES light is on and the remote start doesn’t work.

Can you post a pic of the engine bay today when you have time? Just wondering if it has a catch can or if the CAI has been changed.

Those are headers. You will need a tune. Might as well do a CAI to take full advantage of the tune. Throw a catch can on for cheap insurance. Anything Automotive Performance in Denton, TX can handle all of it for you. Ask for John or Jason.
