Just wanted to update this thread, I swapped back to stock rockers with smith brothers trunnion (btr's che's) and the knock is completely gone on a pull all the way to 140.

Don't you think you should update your sale thread with these results? I know you want to sell these rockers, but it's kind of shady the way you are listing them if you know they cause issues don't ya think? If anything I would call TSP and tell them what you found instead of trying to pass them off on another member without letting them know ahead of time what they might run into.

I had zero issues with these on a stock cam and stock springs, I have a feeling my springs combined with my cam just can't handle the weight. There is nothing wrong with them, just my currect cam set up can not handle them.

I don't believe it had anything to do with those rockers. Not enough of a ratio increase to add any substantial lift or duration at the valve.

I ran SLP 1.85's with comp beehives on my LS1 for a few years with stock cam and it made some gains. Made about 12whp and 20wtq over the 1.7's across the curve. That was 1.5 increase in ratio.

I then did TEA LS6 heads , Fast 92 intake, and a Comp cam that was designed around the SLP 1.85 rockers and it ran like a champ. Pulled all the way to 7200rpm with a little 224/228 .534 .537 112 @ 1.7 ratio cam.
