Do you 'have' to have a 2018?

I purchased a brand new 2017 2LT/RS with technology package for $26,500 just 5 weeks ago. That was one of the best deals around I could find.

I negotiated the price down from $40,248. To get the best price, if that is most important to you, then have a look at left over 2017's.

My 2017 V6 with a few options hit the gavel at $26k. Oil life was below 50% and the mileage was about 100 when I test-drove it.
Was on the lot for a long time for some reason, they wanted to move it out before the 2018's. Nothing wrong with it, essentially new.

They had one like it, a year before that. Was a 2016. It had over 200 miles on it, and I'm thinking because of a technicality, they couldn't sell it for new; and it went for a flat $20k. That one was a rip-off price !!!
Deals can be found, just have to hit the lots at the right time.
V8's, I don't think they get discounted nearly as much. The 2 above I consider better examples.

I’d take it I got a 18 back in November for $29000 before taxes that was with a $2400 discount the only discount in the area for a 18 at the time. Same as yours RS & Tech package with a V6 automatic nothing else.

How did you find that. I was looking at this one before I bought mine. This is the lowest it’s ever been. They won’t budge . Sitting on the lot from 3/17
2017 2LT $34,500 down from $40,280

Purchase Price on Camaro

Just searching the web. If you want it cheaper you would have to drive to North Carolina in Raleigh.

Bought my now 17 year son's 2017 RS, V6, A8, Garnet Red Tintcoat, sunroof, black cloth, front license bracket, 1 LT, on 9/30/17. It was exactly how we wanted it equipped. Was built June,2016, and had been on a lot in Southeast Arkansas that long and they were ready for it to move. My dealer in Ms got it transferred and picked it up for us. It listed for $33,550 and we got $6200 off sticker ($3000 Chevy loyalty, $500 Educator discount, and dealer discount). Go to Car Gurus or AutoTrader.com and type in exactly what you want. There are 1000's or new '17s and even new '16's out there. Find a local dealer who will help you find what you want.

Just some food for thought, but you can get a used SS with less than ~10,000 miles on it, for the same price

This. But if youre dead set on the V6, have you considered a CPO car? You could get a fully loaded one with under 10k miles closer to 20k.

Happy hunting!

I would consider new, CPO or SS if I can find deal. Thanks everyone for the comments as now I have a few options to think about.
