You lose the "reverse mohawk" roof line that many prefer over the completely flat roof that comes with the sunroof.

I would do a Mustang instead because they sell more.
No, but really, i'd probably not be as big of a p.$$y and just gone with my original desire - ZL1. Maybe I'll do it right for Gen7 - Or maybe go Corvette.

I would keep it exactly the same I love the RS package, the v6 is a fantastic Punchy little Powerhouse. The hyper blue is great and the Bose is awesome the NPP sounds exotic and the manual transmission in Smooth.. it's a great car

When I bought mine, I was fresh out of knee surgery, which is what pushed me to the a8. That, and the fact my wife can't drive a stick at all (worried I'd be somewhere and re injure myself, leaving me having to find someone to get my car home).
I enjoy the a8, it does serve my purposes, but knowing what I know now, I honestly probably would have held off and let my knee heal, and go for a 1le. |

I tried VERY hard to buy a V6 manual to replace my 2 LT with the problematic A8 transmission. But the three cars I drove there was something wrong with right off the lot so I aborted. This is what I would buy next with the PPT exhaust (actually if the automatic was a good tranny I would get the automatic but after the problems with my A8, I may never buy an automatic transmission car ever again).
I like the lighter weight front end of the V6, the sound with the PPT exhaust, that it runs on 87 octane and delivers good fuel economy. The SS (and even my current Mustang GT) feel very front end heavy compared to my 2LT Camaro V6. And the performance of the V6 was way more than adequate and it was so easy to drive. A V8 with over 400 HP is great to have for maybe drag racing or the track to explore the limits but for my type of driving around town and trips, the V6 is perfect.
