Which plugs
The procharger has arrived. The question is: Which plugs do I run? The install manual seems to say two different things. It says go one step cooler and then recommends the NGK 6510 (for most applications). I’m hearing and reading the 6510s are two steps cooler. Do I go 6509s? I’m also seeing people on here using 6510s still though. Note: I will be running prochargers tune for a while.
Thank you all.

Does the fact that I will be running procharger’s tune matter? They said all their testing was done with 6510s and .35 gap?

Yes.
Whipple recommends LTR7IX-11(6510) with their kits and their canned tune is setup for it(I am not running their tune just saying). So if you are going to run a Procharger canned tune then use the plugs they suggest. That being said, It isn't going to be a big deal to run the 7 heat range on the street anyway unless all you are gonna do is baby the car. The 7's will load up a little faster, but if you do a few light pulls here and there then it will be fine. I have 3500 miles on my 6510's with no fouling issues. I get into boost at least once every time I drive my car. I didn't put the supercharger on to not use it. lol

The Gap Debate.
We recommend running as large a gap (up to OEM) as your ignition system will tolerate for best performance. Closing the gap is a bandaid for bigger problems like failing spark plug wires and or low ignition voltage to the coils or bad coils. Ted.
