LTI Engine Noise Cold Start or after sitting for a few days
I have 2500Km on my 2SS. Recently it has had a noise like a rasp on cold start as it initially fires. I asked the dealer to place a master oil pressure gauge on the motor to ensure it has instant oil pressure when it fires. They came back no issue oil pressure is great on start up.
The dealer said it is consistent with the description in the TSB. Which is due to the Vane type oil pump. Anyone experienced this my vehicle 2019 2SS 6 Spd Manual |
