They do require rings but I've been assured that they will ship with them.

Yep, they will ship inside one of the wheel boxes.

Since these are cast they would have to make a new mold. Not like cutting a forged rim. Although maybe they could get a batch of customers interested and run a couple molds with the 66.9 fitment.
