Arrow Does this fit my V6 2016 Camaro?

Hi guys, I want to replace the stock resonator of my Camaro and I was looking at this: https://magnaflow.com/products/10791...t-x-pipe-10791

Magnaflow Tru-X pipe 2.5 inches

I don't understand because it says it's universal but then it says that it doesn't fit my Camaro 2016 V6 1LT.

If I'm not mistaken, I watched some videos of people installing that.
Does it say that it doesn't fit because it requires custom welding? It wouldn't be a problem because a professional will do that, but I want to make sure before buying it.

Thanks!!

With the downpipe design of the LGX I believe the only exhaust mod available is axle back, but my question is why. Having owned a 16 LGX for 7 years it is one of the best sounding V6 OEM exhaust system. I have also seen where people took off their resonator and it caused a drone that some people found unbearable.

My resonator began rattling 10 months ago. I got a muffler shop to take the resonator off and weld in a x pipe that they had, $180. A week or 2 later I put mbrp axel back on. I'm thrilled about the way it sounds. The drone was surprising at first because it was so quiet before. The drone is not annoying like what I have heard with a V8 engine. It doesn't bother me at all.

I forgot to mention that I already have a Borla ATAK axle-back, but it's missing something, I'd love some burbles that I heard in some other Camaro V6s.

From what I read, a Magnaflow X Pipe can help with this, I don't want to do 2nd cat delete as I'm in Europe.

Could somebody let me know if I can install that Magnaflow Tru X? I have no idea why it says it doesn't fit my Camaro.

They don’t put compatibility for every car is why it says won’t fit, with a good enough muffler shop/welder it’ll fit.

I bought this https://www.ebay.com/itm/14093725375...mis&media=COPY

Had it replace my resonator which began rattling, it connected my stock piping and my ZL1 OEM axle back which was 3” I believe no issue.

Thanks a lot for explaining that a muffler shop/welder can make it fit.
