Rear End Groan TSB??

Does anyone know what the current TSB (or equivalent) is for the rear end groan problem. I know at one time dealer was changing out diff oil..A current TSB that i can reference when taking to dealer for service will be helpful

thanks....anyone have tsb done with only conversation with service advisor vs them needing to drive to hear it? Leaving car at dealer overnight (since tsb mentions 8 hour cooldown) is very low on my list of things i like to do

No, mine had to be verified which wasn't an issue because the problem was evident. I dropped mine of in the morning and it was completed by the end of the day.

Had the same issue in 2017. Dealer took it to witness first hand. Took three weeks to replace certain things for my diff waiting for parts. No more groan after that.

My 2017 SS is at the dealer as I type. They replaced the gear oil, that did nothing.
They then "Adjusted" something in the rear end, that did nothing. They can only
test it when it is cold, it only growls first turn in the morning. Tomorrow will be a week,

I'll check back with them, I've read that some folks are getting a new rear end assembly. We shall see. Had exactly the same problem with 2 C6's but the oil change cleared it up.

Follow up--they replaced the fluid and tested it 4 times, yes folks, 4 times. Neither the service writer or I have much faith in this
but tomorrow morning we shall see. 4 times!!

Follow up to the follow up--No noise this morning, yaaaahhhh, so is the secret fix 4 flushes?? I'm skeptical!
