Painting throttle body
Hey guys, I have an lt5 throttle body coming my way. What do you think about painting it? I rarely, if ever, see this done, is there a reason why? Can it really hurt anything? I won't t be painting the plastics, the outer lip where the hose goes on, and avoid all interior stuff. Anyways, what's everyone's thoughts?

RPM has painted them black in their videos. I think you will be fine

I painted my ported throttle body on my 5th gen, just make sure to mask off the appropriate bits and use high temp engine paint.
