I have a '22 ZL1 1LE and run 20x11 +35 with a 325/30 tire and haven't had any problems. Not sure if the ZL1 1LE wiring harness is relocated from the factory.

I'm looking for a flush no poke look in the front and rear

So far I spec'd out:

Front 9.5x20 w/+20 offset for Atturo 275/35/20

Rear 11x20 w/+40 offset for Atturo 315/30/20.

Question is, do 315/30's fully clear the wiring harness with the normal +43 ?, if not, would the +40 clear it? Is there any poke with 315/+43 ?

In the front I was planning on a 9.5"+20 rim with 275/35's, but I'm worried about poke. The online calculator shows 1/8" less poke than a 10"+23 rim with a 285. Do 285+23 rims poke, and if so approximately how much ?

As long as you are running 315/30's out back (and NOT 315/35s) you will be fine... However I would just move the harness when you are in there, takes all of about 10 minutes...

Is any possible rub issue with a 315/30 due to tire height or width? I'm just wondering if going with +40 over the +43 would help with possible clearance issues.

Nope, I'm running 305/30 on a +43 offset and no issues (that is OEM SS 1LE specs), 315's are only 3mm taller and only 5mm closer on the inside, you'll be fine (GM wouldn't cut things that close with OEM sizing)... If you were trying to jump to 335's or something, then I'd be more concerned, you are literally upsizing a single size... You'll be fine...

I have to say, I've really grown fond of the look of my factory SS silver wheels. I'm over the black or gunmetal look, at least for now anyhow....lol. I really wanted 315 rears, mostly for the look, but they sure won't fit on my factory 9.5" rims. For now I might go with a square 285/35 look with factory SS silver rims. 285's will work on my rear 9.5" rims, and I was thinking of purchasing two additional factory 9.5 " rims for the front, and mount them with a 15mm spacer, which should allow them to fit and clear everything nicely. Does anyone know if a factory 9.5" +39 rim with a 285/35 would work on the front of a non Mag Ride SS with a 15mm spacer ?

im about to buy new wheels for my 22 LT1 and the ones i found i like
front 20x10 +25
rear 20x11 +45
would those offsets be ok? and what tires size be best to run on that offset
rears would prefer 305 or 315 and fronts i have not decided.

and in the future i might lower the car about 1 inch but not sure about that yet

Others with actual experience with these sizes I'm sure will help, but from what I've been able to tell they should work if you go with 30 profile tires, 35's could cause clearance issues.

I know the MRR replica 1LE rims are 10" fronts and 11" rears, with +23 and +43 offsets respectively, and many folks on here use them with 285/30 fronts and 305/30 or 315/30 rears. The rear might need to relocate the drivers side wiring harness at most.
