Procharger High IAT’s

I have a stage 3 cammed camaro with a D1x blower intercooled and my iat’s are high as hell. Sometimes i’ll do a pull and the CEL will start flashing. Running e85 or maybe less than 85%
Other than meth, what’s going to help? And will adding boostane help at all?

How high is high? I had a similar thread a couple of weeks ago. Also what is your boost level (pressure)?

Stage 2 intercooler? Have you opened up the crash support that blocks the intercooler?

crap i can’t remember off the top of my head, when i get home i’ll have to check the log, but i wanna say 130 give or take at full throttle
and it’s 14 pounds give or take

i believe it is the stage 2 intercooler, i’d have to check the order to be sure. but i didn’t install the whole kit, so i’m not sure about the crash support that blocks it. I’m not sure what it even is


edit, it says i have the stage 2 standard intercooler

My previous tuner (who doesn't know a thing about tuning lt's, as i have learned) said that my iat's were high and thats why i kept getting knock retard from pre-detonation, which is what he said was causing the flashing CEL, but i have been looking for second and even third opinions. Because the car straight up runs like crap. Whether its hot or cold outside, no difference seems to ever be made.

I don't have a datalog of the specific problem happening. Anytime it has happened, i haven't been logging. But I'll post a log of a hit i made when it fell flat on its face mid pull. Shoot, I'll even post the tune

I would definitely get another tuner very familiar with the Lt1 and boost. Fortunately you haven’t hurt the car

Yeah, i’ve been looking for a reputable tuner here in oklahoma. Haven’t had too much luck, no one around here really knows the lt’s. Looked in texas, tried to go with AMP, told him what was wrong and never heard back, which i don’t blame him. i wouldn’t wanna tune my sh*t either. I have a whole list of issues that come about at random times. Been thinking about taking it to arkansas and having gpi mess with it

It's out of fuel. Why are the Fuel pressures(Rail and Low side) and Alcohol content not being logged? What does the car have for a fuel system?

Fuel system is Fore Innovation dual in tank pump, lt4 high side, lt4 injectors, and a lethal camaro flex fuel sensor which i guess is an OEM sensor.



At the time of this log i was still pretty unfamiliar with hp tuners and so i was just adding parameters that a youtube video told me to log and just messing around with everything
