Not sure,we don't have inspections in Mi. I doubt it would pass inspection as your releasing crank gasses into the atmosphere. It just twists into your oil fill cap,remove it and put the oil cap back in for inspection

Been a while since I’ve posted an update…. I ended up rebuilding the motor with Texas speed piston/rod combo. Put a blower cam in ect. I ended up doing all the work myself and it’s been running great ever since. Phoenix calibration out of Texas tuned it for me and he was super quick and reliable. I took it to Northern performance in Gaylord Mi and he fine tuned it on the Dyno and it put down 724 whp.
