That's the thing: it happened as I was accelerating, so the power cut pretty drastically (it happened around 10pm last night).

One update though is this morning, the car is acting just fine now with no cut power and the only warning light being the check engine light. I couldn't get to an AutoZone before work, so I'm hoping to stop by after work (I have a meeting during lunch break). Again, there's no major vibrations so I'll update ya'll later tonight with the code that AutoZone provides and if resetting it clears it out.

This happened to me…Dealership said the electronics in the gas pedal were fried…new gas pedal, and all good!…took the opportunity to upgrade to ZL1 pedals too LOL

Mine did this same thing! Use to say loose timing components until dealer reflashed my car. She started acting like she was gonna die, popping and all. After the flash it was back to ok

Mine has done this several times , and all of those times I had just backed onto my driveway and put it into park... I then parked on a level surface (my garage ) let it sit over night and all is well . I also remember right when I got the car three different times I got a service air bag message when I was driving ..hasn't done that in a couple years though ...

So my car was rebuilt recently. While it was being rebuilt, i did my own port and polish on throttle body, intake, cylinder heads, etc. After the rebuild, everything worked fine for two weeks until the a rocker arm broke apart. I got the engine power reduced/service stabilitrak. I fixed the rocker arm and the engine still runs good. But i still have the engine power reduced. My fear is that the throttle body is the problem (ill know later when i get the code read).

Is there any way to fix the throttle body as oposed to just replacing it?

this seems to be a generic light, it flashed my info center this morning, and immediately disappeared. I need to check the rear end components, plugs, wires. I don't think my issue is related to the throttle body, as mine didn't go into limp mode.

I still need to do the rear brakes, so maybe that is the issue.

Hi i have a chevy 2012 checy camaro 1lt i have cold air induction air intakeand high flow cats(from solo performance) on it and it was flash tuned by trifecta performance tune but now the car check engin light is on with a code p0113-00 p0151-00 p0300-00 p2228-00 po15b
i have already replaced the o2 sensor but it wont go off and car wont even pass inspection plus it is hesitating when accelerating and is sounding wired then it used to
also I got "service stabilitrak," traction control turned off, "reduced engine power," and the check engine light came on. Could barely drive the vehicle

replaced battery, it gave me a little crap starting the next day, so I took it in and sure enough bad.

Also cleaned throttle body, it had a fair amount of carbon build up. More than it should in my opinion. I also ran a can of sea foam through gas.

no more stabiltrack messages, but I still have a miss.

Hello, I’m new here I’m stumped with this issue
I have a v6 2012 140k and I’m having same issue only my car won’t start and completely shuts off it feels like it misfires i took it to the dealership they said it was the ECM they got the new part it turned back on I took it home when I was turning on to my street I accelerated (pretty hard)and the car turned off on me again all the lights came back on I already paid $800+ And I can’t really figure out what it could possibly be the lights work and dash lights come on but won’t start so I doubt it’s battery. Also 2 weeks before car turned off on me while driving for the first time i would accelerate hard and it would misfire and the engine light would come on flashing then go away seconds later Any ideas ?

I got this error after getting my battery replaced at interstate. I let them use the battery backup to keep the vehicle powered while they change the battery, I knew I shouldn't have let them plug it into the obd port. It blew the 7.5 volt f2 fuse.
I should have trusted my Spidey Sense and not let them do such a backwards way to keep the vehicle powered.
