Shadow Mark

Quick Question: Just going over the "new to me Z". I noticed Shadow Mark stickers on the door wells and under the hood. Was this Shadow Mark standard on the Z28? or was this done by the previous owner?

Aftermarket company that has etched some part of your car (likely windows) so that if it gets stolen and parted out..theives can be caught when you say "Hey, that serial number matches the serial number for my etching service"
