Rear bowtie placement

Removed the rear bowtie on my 2018 not intending to replace it. I have since decided to put on a black one but didn't take a measurement before removing. Could someone measure the distance from the bottom of the rear bowtie to the bottom of the trunk lid? TIA for any help.

I’ll gladly get the measurements for you! Only problem is I’m distance away from home and probably won’t be home for at least 6 hours.

If you image search "2018 Camaro rear", you'll see it's centered between the edge of the trunk and the start of the radius above the emblem.

The factory has a special alignment/attachment tool for this, perhaps the service department at you dealer does also. A long shot, but might be worth asking, say, in case you need to get something done anyway.

My car is right outside my hotel room, if I can find a tape measure I’ll get the measurements for you
