I would think If the bolt is rubbing on the 1/78" ,It would be even worse on the 2". Anyone with the 2" have any input on this, what about spark plugs hitting? back in the day Accel had a short plug for this issue ,also is there any extra issues installing the 2" ? Im thinking of going with these 2" but only want to buy headers once.

I went with Kooks, but I would say install is very similar. You will HAVE to go in from the bottom. I did it on Jack stands. In my garage.

The Race Ramps. I goofed and didn’t notice when I ordered mine hat they were not the two piece setup. I was too lazy to deal with return shipping etc and figured “I will never really need to remove the ramp section.”. More than once, that feature would have very handy.

I see now, duh. I do have them. They weren't high enough to do the headers. I had to go higher with jack stands. For smaller jobs, yes, they are handy.

I have 2 inch tsp headers and can confirm the headers do rub on the shaft itself even after bolt replacement. Honestly gets kinda sketchy in high speed hard right turns as it feels like steering wheel gets stuck and you have to jerk it a bit to get it back. I will call TSP to see whats up.
