no worries make sure to order the battery tracker also! its a bluetooth app you have on your phone to check your battery status

Don't you guys have problems with Li-Ion batteries?

I asked a couple of battery dealers and noone recommended a Li-Ion battery in a modern car.

nope no issues had mine in since august or so only start car once a week or so no problems at all just pricey

Just curious about folks that are actively tracking with these batteries and their experience. Last thing I want is to go somewhere rural and have this battery cause me grief.

I know someone who had a LiOn battery (not AG) catch fire on track. He had no choice but to replace with a standard battery to resume his track day that weekend.

no issues i got the smart charger they sell just in case and a battery tracker its also got a restart button built in so if it dies you can auto jump start it! pretty damn cool

Got it. Have you actively tracked your car with the AG battery? Any issues or concerns?

The other concern I have is weight bias. Won't taking more weight out from the rear of the car upset the 52% / 48% balance? I am curious about how the car's cross weight is affected.
