Repairing a drowned Camaro 6

Repairing a drowned Camaro 6 in fresh water:




Remove and disassemble the engine, water damage is shown in the photos.

At the moment, the car has been repaired and has gone under its own power for painting. Warter got only in the auto's engine.

A big strip down there, should be as good as new when you've finished.

Interesting, wonder how it only touched the engine, must’ve just been the front end taking a dip I guess lol

I've bought the car at American auction Copart. So how this has been occurred I do not know. Maybe it got into some small river or so. The car trunk and interior were dry.
We also changed oil in the automatic transmission.
