Any insight on how to get at the reflector screw, one side clips in the other has a screw, I can't seem to get at it.

There are a few YouTube videos. I will warn you it is a frustrating process. In total it took about 20 min (I did it while the car was on stands while changing fluids). You can't see the screw and have to do it by feel.
