the problem isn't the discussions, we all welcome them. the problem is the same discussions going on in 15 threads. that's what the mods are eliminating, not the discussions

and making the discussions so much more difficult. i like the mustang, i would never choose a mustang over a camaro, but i would like to talk about that car. but a discussion can not go on in that never ending thread.

everyone agrees the megathread isn't perfect, but it tidies up the rest of the forums, and it shows how much it keeps them clean precisely because you can't keep a coherent discussion running in there for long

Your ramblings are very valid, but you need not repeat yourself with the same rambling in almost every post you make. I don't mind that you prefer your mustang. I just mind that you are trying to push your beliefs on others. You remind me a certain religious group of people that tried to convert everyone to their beliefs or you wanted them dead. This the last I'm posting in this thread.

The mega thread will most likely remain until the fanboys/trolls are gone. If you want separate threads, help us purge them...

Here is a final response on this topic.

A Mustang section is not going to happen.

And sorry if it's disagreeable with some people (especially those with good intentions here), but the mega thread is the lesser of evils when it came to dealing with a multitude of issues with respect to the many Mustang threads. And no, it has absolutely nothing to do with squelching Mustang discussions or any insecurities from being a Camaro enthusiast.

And to all members - please don't bother making other threads or posts complaining about a Mustang mega thread, it will be deleted. And if you keep doing it, you will be infracted for being disruptive.

Perhaps one day things will revert, but that remains to be seen based on the nature of posts and behavior in the Mustang thread.
