I bought a 2018 Camaro LT, specifically to use as a "Blank Canvas" for my long term project/goal. I ultimately want to turn in into something similar to Tom Mcguilton's camaro. I intend on pulling out the motor/trans and dropping big block chevy with twin turbo's, rear tubbing etc. something that will allow me to go the 1/8 or 1/4 mile really fast, and also be street legal. Most importantly though, this is going to be a project for me and my 3 kids. I'm no expert mechanic by any means so I definitely outsource a lot for information. Right now though I am at a loss for where I should start. Do I start with the frame? The motor? Its a little overwhelming but exciting at the same time. If anyone on here can help me Id appreciate it.
