Just curbed my F'ING rear wheel!!!!

This sux! 1st time doing this ever!! Stealership wants just over $500 for one. Has anyone used replicas? Do they fit and hold up as good as factory? How hard are these to repair?? Will the center caps work with replicas??
Any ideas are greatly appreciated guys.

You can probably have that repaired for much less than buying another wheel. Check your local forum or facebook group and see if they can recommend a shop.

I hate to admit I curbed one of mine- the bank redesigned their lanes and have crazy approach angles. I can barely get in the lane- sure hate it for people with big cars.

check the for sale board here, or Craigslist, or eBay.

OEM wheels sell for cheap. You could get a whole set with tires and lunch for a week for the cost of a new OEM wheel.

Also, GMparts direct or similar would also be cheaper than your local dealer.

I have emailed and sent pics to a couple of local shops for estimate that do repairs to wheels. The before and after pics of some heavily damaged wheels just blew me away. I'm sure that the minor damage will be no problem to fix for $100-$150 ..

Most just grind down that area and touch up the paint- so the wheel isn't really like new again, it's just you won't notice as much that it's been ground down.

That sucks. I curbed the wheels on my DD, hurt real bad the first time. Now I curb them all the time, I don't care anymore. Good luck!

Well that sucks even more... At least I made it 11 months.
Got quotes for $100 - $125 to fix.
