Camaro's and snow. Another miserable day in the midwest
Well mother nature is once again pissed off at the Mid West (Mid Missouri) with 40 mph winds and total whiteouts with snow. My neighbor lives a couple hundred yards away and I can't see his house right now. Camaro is clean and sitting in the garage once again. Unfortunately, we still have 4 more hours of this crap. I can see why my friends go to Florida in February. I must next year, screw this shit. Hope I can get to my appt on Monday for the Dsx install at Killer Performance and I'll have my tune ready. Should be ok but will see how the roads are by then. In 70 years I've never seen it blow and snow this hard, just got rid of my last drift yesterday from 2 weeks ago. Come on March and that f--king ground hog has been right so far. Little Mofo.

Or, stick around for next winter and have some simple fun of "drifting" through drifts. At 70 you've earned your right to live with some extra "abandon" : )

Supposed to start at 4PM for me. So in the next couple of hours. I'm leaving work early not about to drive in this shit
P.S. I lived in Misery for 8 years. That's not the mid west. You guys get snow like once every 10 years. I'm in Michigan which is the Mid West. /flex

Its supposed to let up here after 4 and supposedly be done by 5pm. The winds blowing 40 plus and we've had some winds over 50 mph. Still blowing 30 to 40, glad the ice we had didn't cause any power outages. Should be clear of that issue now but down to 3 degrees tonight welcome to the Midwest. Time for some alcohol and not rubbing.

Lived in Massachusetts until 2013. I don't miss that shit in the least. Just some wind down here in TN today. Watching my coworkers get sucked out of the building when they open the door. Ahh this makes my day.

It was 50° here in Michigan yesterday. Was raining this morning, dipped down to 28° and everything froze over + an effin blizzard…. And I JUST got the car back out yesterday lol. So much for that

Upper 30s to mid 40s here. We should get into the 50s by tomorrow, and into the 60s by Saturday. I'm surprised more of you guys living in cold climates don't get a 2nd beater car and use it for delivery gigs to make payments. I had a new Kia Soul that I used for Uber duty. I could do about 5 days a month and make enough to make a car payment. Sure, I had to deal with the public, and some were filthy animals but I didn't have to rack up miles on my baby and could endure these nasty days.

I feel your pain. I had to shovel a bunch of sunshine out of my driveway today so I could go to work...

This is prime time for midwestern people to cry about their home areas and wish they moved to Florida years ago. But then spring comes and summer and you forget what’s coming again. This happens every year with all my friends. Hell I did it too. Then 4 years ago we moved to Florida and have never looked back. It was 85* today btw.
