update for the public on the tires - i thought i had found tiny objects stuck and thought they were small nails on 2 tires but after taking my chances, i removed the little foreign objects with needle nose pliers form the rubber and were almost all stuck rock chips because of sticky compound, and one of them was small metal clip the kind from a paper stapler or something similar, so there is no damage to the tires.
