Yes, I modified a pin spanner wrench to fit. But, I doubt it would be needed as the Roto-joints have stayed tight.

Is there a reason you went with this over the Detroit speed adjustable ones? Especially when you had Detroit speed everything else. Thanks!

Sorry I missed this.

There is no reason these should be adjustable. You don't want to mess with the rear caster. This UMI arm, IMHO, is the better design. Plus, the Roto-Joint never made a peep. And probably less expensive than the DSE.
