Avoid Slime or Fix-a flat at all costs! It will ruin your TPMS sensor. You're better off with a plug kit and an air pump. Personally, I carry a plug kit and I will eventually put in a small CO2 PowerTank mounted in the trunk when I start going to the dragstrip to re-inflate with. Much more efficient than a 12v pump.

My tire picked up a nail but once it got down to 12psi it held... I was lucky, and took an exit and there was an American Tire. They removed the tire, plugged and patched it, balanced it, and got me back on the road within an hour. Charged $0. They don't charge for emergencies he said. Tipped him a $20. Luckily there are tons of tire shops in the Bay Area.
