Has it been confirmed if the 1 le has the zl1 fuel pump. I thought there was a thread on this but The search engine for this site is terrible.

The 1LE has the same in tank pump as the ZL-1 but does not have the high pressure fuel pump or injectors that the ZL-1 has, so you have a hard limit of about 580 RWHP without changing the high pressure fuel pump and injectors
