Jealous Juice3!

They sure do a damn good job of bedding-in those rotors.

Still waiting for my 5 boxes

One more question, the Essex site has nothing listed about this 390 kit you guys are mentioning. Are you getting some kind of demo/tester product or is it officially out and released?

As others have said it really gets bouncy on tracks like VIR with elevation changes and it gets a little nervous acting. The DSC helps put the power down way better than the stock controller and the roll speeds (mid corner lateral grip) are much better. The platform seems to be way more level now since the tinkering with the settings. Hopefully it doesn’t kill the forward bite. We’re going to find out. I hope you have fun and good weather for this weekend.

Sorry to the OP for this little sidebar conversation.
Also sorry to the OP

As for my 1st day of open lapping with SC3R tires, I am quite impressed with them; so far the tires seem to stay consistent through out the entire 20 minute session . Also my corner speeds are definitely significantly higher than they were with the SC3 tires Every time I glanced at the HUD, so I expect some significantly faster lap times once I start timing myself after I get used to the new tires and reacquainting myself with the track.

The hawk DCT 70s seem to have no fade as far as I can tell, so far very happy with them, however it was my first track day of the season and I was also getting used to the new tires as well.

The track I am on is very corner heavy, and not an overly fast track, definitely no high speed straight aways leading to hairpin corners, that’s for sure.

You have me curious about the DSC, it’s really that big of an improvement once calibrated huh?

Perhaps we should start PMing instead of hijacking this thread

There is only a front 390 kit there will not be a rear.

Right, I understand that and my post wasn't very clear, I apologize.

Looking for what the kit will LOOK like with the 390 front and (whatever size is rear, but not OEM) thanks very much.

Not sure if anyone has ever benchmarked the various brands, but the factory corvette racing team uses AP Racing. I've always planned to upgrade to these if I ever grow out of the stock ones simply out of a little laziness to do my own extensive research and out of trust that the factory team has a great reason to use them.
