Toyo r888r - 315/30/20

Got the toyo r888r on the rear. Waiting for the 285/30 for the front. On bmr lowering springs.

I am Running those and 285/35R20 fronts at the track...

Ya 315/30/20 toyo has just released some 285/30/20 but you can't get them yet. I ordered the 285/35/20 but it didn't look like they would fit so we sent them back.

30's I can't do, 40's yes. I'll never go lower because I dd my pony, the ride is compromised due to the sidewall stiffness. Or, prove me wrong?Those wheels must be a real pain to clean as well. Great tires though.

Not sure how much you've driven it but how do they compare to stock tires? Do the rears hook better with some heat in them than the G2s? I know the R888 had a bit of road "hum", how about these?

New r888r are supposed to be quieter and warm up quicker. I've heard a major traction upgrade from supercar 3s.

Why don't you think 285/35/20 would fit? The wheel gap is huge.
