They did the triple flush/fill on mine at 4400mi according to the TSB 16-NA-175. It's been about 150mi since, and the issue seems to be resolved. I'm about to do ~300mi this weekend, so we'll get a good chance to see if it's better.

That's looking really nice. Going to run much cooler.

Installed a ZL1 start button:

I've done a lot of mods over the years and this was soooo easy I was surprised! I read the how-to posts and watched the videos but was sure some problem would come up. Nope, nothing.

This mod is literally a snap to do and can be completed in 15 minutes.

Update:

Not having the aluminum bezel from the original button was bugging me, so I swapped them. Not bad...

Thanks! Cant wait to get the rest done. Waiting on the stripe guy. He's also putting a clear wrap on the ACS ZL1 splitter sitting in the garage. And need to find the time to install the VMAX TB, TSP headers and AFE cat back exhaust. All sitting in the garage. Painting the garage this weekend so wish it was all on the car already! Then off to be tuned with e85...

Plan on doing that when I have my dash CF hydro-dipped. That will look perfect on there

Inspired by another poster, I painted the ZL1 start button housing:

I was just going to paint it bright, gloss red but decided to give it a little pizzazz and went with a chrome silver/clear red/clear coat combo.

Nothing huge, but not bad...

...... cleaning all the "gunk" off, sorry no pics of that.

All in all not a bad installation. The cleaning took the longest. I was really apprehensive about spraying the adhesive remover too much.

the final look.
Does yours fit flush? I cant seem to get mine flush. Do you have any close up photos of the top, etc?

It doesn't appear to be completely flush but the foam gasket is completely seated. Not much different than the original. I'll have to get a pic of it once it's brighter out.
