Mine is at the dealership to get the headliner fixed since it’s peeling. Instead of just fixing the current headliner they are putting in a brand new headliner, not sure why but I’m not arguing since it’s under bumper to bumper.

They'll remove the windshield to install the headliner, make sure you check the seal and the quality of the work in general afterwards, too.

Installed the skip shift eliminator and an oil change.
But most of the day was spent trying to figure out how to get the car to go up the ramps I had, which involved a trip to Lowes, which also had the added adventure of flat tire that I had to plug. Luckily I was only 2 miles from the house. It's been an eventful day. I came one click away from buying QuickJacks, but couldn't justify the expense. Instead I bought a $9 2x8. I made ramp extenders out of a 2x8. they seemed to work good but the ramp kept sliding once the wheel got to the ramp. Finally had to buy $25 of rubber door mats to put under which worked to keep them from sliding.... and gained a whole 7.5" of height.. Somehow I was able to get under there, change the oil and get the skip shift eliminator installed. It's fun working 4" from hot cats when it's 108 deg out in the shade.

Smoke out side markers/reflectors using Vinyl. Vinyl wrapped spoiler to black.

Washed my baby
I honestly was indifferent about the black bar and flow tie for the 2019. Now that the chrome has been deleted from the flowtie I LOVE THE BLACK BAR. Makes it a whole lot aggressive looking. NO FILTER Last edited by Ivar; 07-28-2020 at 03:14 PM. |

Keeping on topic: Today I put on the IKON unpainted carbon lip to replace my shattered stock LT 1LE lip. I may post up a review in the cosmetic section since it was really hard to find reliable info on lips for the LS/LT and this seems like a good low-cost option with some caveats. |
