Best Catback

Was looking through the forms and couldn't really find a few biased answers on what catback system y'all like the most for sound. currently only have a CAI and plan on doing headers later this year but sticking with catback for now. let me know what y'all prefer!

The stock one with Headers/No Cats. But if you want the best Catback then Corsa is the only way. Borla sounds like garbage usually IMO. Corsa has a clear tuned sound, no drone, and zero “ugly range” in the sound. Does Borla even make a quad tip ZL1 option?

I would love to minimize drone. And can’t do headers until the factory warranty is up for obvious reasons. I heard great things from corsa, Borla as well expect for the drone aspect

Stock is most prominent with original owners on this forum when moving to headers.

I personally love TSP headers with no cats and our stock NPP exhaust.

I like the Borla Atak for the cat-back,then I have resonator deleted full X-pipe,high flow cats and headers, this spring I'm installing electric cutouts.

He has a ZL1 so that's good data for someone with an SS.

Yeah these SS guys frequently come in and comment and rarely is it applicable due to the differences in the cars. No offense to anyone nor do I want to start a comparing problem but just stick with what you know is all.

I will be putting on my Flowmaster cat-back exhaust hopefully this Saturday, and will take a video of it. The following week I will be adding the PFADT tri-y headers and we'll see what the difference is.

Us "SS guys" are the majority here, so when you post a question without stating you have something other what do you expect

This thread is in the ZL1 specific sub forum, and it says he has a 2013 ZL1 right under his name

Asking what catback sounds best is similar to asking what everyone's favorite color is. Very subjective, with most people saying whatever they have is best.
