I hate the way it handles at 1.4" I tossed em aside and went with the hotchkiss 1", wayyyy better ride. Doesn't look as good but handles better, imo....

Time to save for some BC Coilovers. You get the look plus alot better ride. 10x better than what I had with my Hotchkis springs. BC Coilovers are $1,000. Might seem like alot but for the better ride quality and adjustability you get it's worth the money.

Here is Hotchkis vs BC Coilovers...and the Coilovers ride much better on the street. Then go to a race track, lift the hood/trunk, turn the knobs and you're at stiff settings. When you're done turn them back before you leave the track.

What were your alignment specs at 1.4" drop? This will have a huge impact on the way the car handles. The spring rates are the same for our 1" and 1.4" springs so handling will be very similar as long as the car is properly aligned.
