SO, HOW DOES A CHEVY CROWD FEEL ABOUT RAPTORS?

I know I always talk about all the Chevy trucks I have and have owned for personal and business use, but My local dealer friend just got a 14 Raptor in at his Ford store, and I thought I would give one a try. All I have to say after having it for only four days is "WOW, what a nice truck!". This truck will certainly help with no being able to drive my ZL1 in the winter. I believe this very well may be the nicest truck I've owner. That's hard to say from a Chevy truck guy.

Now I have winter permagrin to match the summer permagrin that the ZL1 gives me.

It's not bad for a dinosaur.

The best riding of the Ford truck fleet though, that's for sure. (Mainly because it uses Fox racing suspension components.)

GM needs to build a Raptor fighter.

A beautiful truck indeed. If I could afford to buy one I would. I'm curious to know how the crash test rating was.

I'd want a Silverado-Raptor first if GM ever made that, but the SVT is probably my favorite Ford.

I agree. I would love to see GM build something like the Raptor. I went with it because I wanted a winter unit that gives me the same feel as my ZL1 yet still is practical.

^ that truck has almost no suspension travel (relative to raptor)....they better modify the fenders before it hits production.

That's a very important instatement. The raptor really is more than just a tire and wheel up grade. There really is no other vehicle on the road like it right now.
