oil change

Took my 16 2ss for an oil change at the dealership i purchased from and have been using for last couple vehicles. When its finished and i go to pay for the oil change the paper work write up has 5 quarts of oil and oil filter. well obviously not correct. This is the second time i have noticed this, the first time i questioned and it and they said they must have rung it up wrong. after leaving not even leaving i checked the dip stick and all was good. Same thing this time. Not sure what i am asking i guess just looking for what other people would do or think. If the dip stick is showing oil to just about the top of the marked area i would assume the entire 10 quarts was put in.?!? Total amount for oil charged was $19.97

On a level surface I have found that 9 qts comes to the very bottom of the hash marks. So anything less than that would not even register on the dip stick.
