2017 SS 1LE
Finally picked one up last week. 2017 with 500 kms on it. Now to break it in and try to get it to the track before the season is over!

Trilllium Bimmer club (soBMW.ca) is running there for 3 days Sept 6,7 and 8. They have the best events there by a long shot. They also run at Calabogie now, also for 3 days (that event is now done). Who is running on the 21st? Onemorelap? I may get there for 14 and 15 schedule dependent. Would be nice to hook up. Do you know Phil? (He used to have a silver C5Z and now has a 2019 blue 1le). Cheers!

Ah, too soon for me. Next year! Yeah, the event on the 21st is 1MoreLap so just two hours, but good enough for my first time in this car. Don't know Phil but if he frequents Calabogie I'm sure he's been there when I have.

I saw your Calabogie times in the Best Track Times thread. Now I have a target for next year!

Right on! 22s are clearly in the cards, yet too often a PB is traffic dependent there given the length of the course.
Watch the tires, the track is getting more abrasive each year it seems. I corded both fronts in 3 days there (inside). Phil is in charge of Instructor training with Quebec BMW Club. His bud Nik (gray M4 CS) is a Chief Instructor. Both awesome guys and both super fast.
It was uber fun playing with them there Get ready to love 1le: amazing machine! Cheers!
