Which gorilla glue did you use? And yeah sounds like I might need to invest in a set.

Did you coat them? Or use anything special to clean them?

No, just gorilla super glue. I didn't coat or clean them. That may have been my mistake. It's on now though.

Bought the dead pedal inlay from Sean as well. Took me a couple of times to get it right. The first time I used Loctite 406 and it didn't work well as the glue runs! Ended up using Gorilla Super Glue Gel...found out by surfing the internet that it doesn't run even in a vertical position.

Under the floor there is a tire sized hole/area if I recall correctly. Not sure if this would fit there or not. Otherwise it would take up most of the “spacious” trunk space we already have.

It’s a great quality product. Just be careful with the edges if you decide to clean them ahead of the install. Dem puppies is razor sharp...

Anybody here play Fantasy Football and want to join a 10 Team Keeper League? A guy dropped out and I need to replace him. Draft is this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. you have the choice (but don't have to) keep up to 3 players year over year.

Let me know if interested

Good morning to everybody.
I have a doubt.
I have purchased the original Chevrolet Air Performance Intake kit, and in the instructions there are indications that the vehicle must be reprogrammed for this kit, and even an official service code which includes the installation by Chevrolet.
Do you know if reprogramming is necessary?.
Regards

"required', probably not, but recommended to get the best performance possible with that optional intake.

No reason not to get the re-programming since the cost of it is included in the price of the intake, it's done at your local Chevrolet dealer, and has no effect on your warranty.

Al Oppenheiser told me that the "re-tune" is to keep the temperature at the right levels.

The tune is highly suggested. Like Heath said, I was there when he told Heath, it helps keep the temps right. It adjusts the MAF table.
