I had to get mine from a dealer about 250 miles away about 2.5 months ago. I did have it swapped to another dealership, just because of my history with them and they would go and get it.
Mine is a white convertible with the A10 and that is pretty much it. I think I "only" got about 14% off sticker, which is fine for these times. I say only because the 2 previous Camaros I got more like 30% off (in 2018 and 2019). Every time I also got very good trade equity which is why I have kept trading them in... . On the first trade it made more financial sense to get a new car than to get the new tires that I needed! So, as always, if you look enough there are REAL deals to be had. You just have to temper the expectations with the prevailing market. Ox. |

I bought mine hoping the production numbers would be low and that they would be scarce.

The car dealers around me love to order the v6 Camaros, Mustangs, and Challengers. Usually have plenty 1LT Camaros but they hate carrying v8 engines. When I was looking in Sept about 100 miles away in Tampa and in the Orlando area the dealers carried LT1s. Not a lot but they had them. Still, I like my low miles 2016 2ss better. Tons more features and was cheaper than LT1. I still think the LT1 is priced a tad high though depending on options. I've only seen one LT1 in the Flesh since they'd come out. In fact I don't see hardly any Camaro SS or ZL1s around here unless it's 2010-2015. |

WTF! How does one get 30 percent off MSRP on a car? How would a dealer even stay in business? |

Just check cargurus. Don’t depend on a dealer looking for inventory in your area.

Chevy's website inventory is very inaccurate.
Due to an awesome LT1 lease special expiring on Jan 4, MANY of them have gotten snapped up. I tried working with my Costco Auto dealer and they couldn't arrange a dealer trade. I found 2 for sale 30 miles from me and bought one of them last week. |

Ordered my LT1 in late Jan 2020 and picked it up mid MAR just before the lockdowns. Ordering you get what you want.
