1LE exhaust in sport mode

I just finished the 1500 mile break-in period this week, and now I am loving he sound of my LGX 1LE in sport mode. From 5000-7000 rpm it sounds fantastic. Quite loud, and a thrilling sound. It's the most impressive stock exhaust system I've owned, and better quality sound than all but one of my past custom exhausts.
I got the V6 to save money and wasn't expecting to enjoy the sound so much.
Does anyone feel this way about the V6 with the standard exhaust, or only those with the sport exhaust or an aftermarket exhaust?

I feel the same way. It sounds amazing in track node when you get on it with the windows down! I have no plans on "upgrading" the exhaust anytime soon!

I have the flowmaster and I love how it sounds. I hated my 5th gen, it sounded raspy to me at higher RPM’s, the 6th gen doesn’t.

Huh. i didn't hear a difference between Sport and Track modes.

I looked at the exhaust when the car was up on a lift. I bet it's heavy, but it looks VERY high-quality.

I've had all kinds, Japanese, German and American. A high-revving BMW S14, an Evo turbo 4, 911 3.8 liter flat 6, BMW S50 straight-6, Ford & Chevy pushrod V8s. I think the LGX with sport exhaust sounds fantastic. I am not saying it sounds as good as the 6.2, but there are prestige sport and luxury car (such as BMW M4) that don't sound nearly as good.

I had an E63 M6 before I got my V6 1LE. Didnt like they sound it made either. Im just not a fan of high pitch tones on cars.

at 91 decibels, it's nice and loud. I love mine. 54K miles and counting. Don't forget to try it without the fuse for the NPP if you have it.

Ouch! Were you able to do anything to muffle the sound, or did you lose the opportunity to drive Laguna?

Put it in stealth mode so the valves never open. No issue after that.

My local autocross has a 93 DBA limit, I may have to close the valve.
