2016 SS 2014 ZL1 front to tail

Came out of the sports bar and was pleasantly surprised to see a brand new SS parked in front of me. Decided to take a few pics of both BADASS Rides.

SS needs another inch of drop. That Zl1 sits about the same as my dropped 15 ss

The 2016 just needs rims with a proper offset.
And a 25mm drop would work well too

I don't like the fender well lines on the '16, they just went flat and lost some of the character. Actually kind of feel like they put all of their thought into the front and the sides and rear just sort of fell flat.

I love those ZL wheels, can't wait to get my summer set back on the 1LE

The 6th gen front end is growing on me but I'm not there yet. The 6th gen is very striking in person. Smaller width, higher roof line. A fairer comparison on external looks will be the 6th gen ZL1.

Again, these are just random exterior pics. I've seen the interior of the 6th gen SS. Impressive!

I like the new fenders. They blended them in more. I think they look bigger.
They certainly are not smaller. Throw some fat wheels on there and it will look 2x better

I just ordered my 2SS in that color body combo except I went with the 5 spoke and front fascia extension and of course the blade spoiler. I also went with the red hash marks, Brembos and ceramic white inside. She's gonna look real nice.

I think the worst part of the gen 6 is the rear quarters. Without the fender well broken up by the crease it's just one big flat area that needs something to set it right. It's too much empty space and it makes the rear wheel look tiny.
