Supplier Discount Price & Private Offer
Does anyone know if a private offer can be used together with a supplier discount price?

I think so. I had a supplier discount and a private offer but because I was one of the first 2017's out I could not use the private offer or any incentive really. It had nothing to do with the supplier though. They tried but said it didn't go through.

Good to know, I'm looking at a 17 as well so maybe it won't for me as well. I'll certainly try though!

Yes you can but you can't combine with something like a conquest
