Some interior shots, loving every mile with a smile and getting compliments which I'm not use to getting.

Looks great, Bob!
I would highly recommend replacing the plastic knee pads with leather-wrapped units from the 2SS. It truly makes a huge difference in the perceived quality of the interior. |

Hello Pittsburgh neighbor. I saw your other thread with the picture at North Star Chevy on West Liberty. Congrats!
I also picked up a 1LT RS earlier this year. Been loving it so far. Love the exhaust noise of the V6. It was REALLY hard trying to keep the RPMS down during the break in phase. I came from a 184-hp mid sized family sedan to this car. This thing is a ROCKET in comparison. You plan on driving it all year, or you putting it away for the winter? Mine is a daily, so I'll be driving in the winter. I already bought an extra set of wheels and snow tires (Blizzaks), so I should hopefully be ok. |

That's a great idea, I will look into the leather wrapped pads. Malbjey congrats on also on your new Camaro and you are so right, the V6 on these new Camaros have a great sounding exhaust even my daughter complimented about that. The Camaro comes with all season"s Goodyear's and I will be driving it every day so my plan is to order two winter tires-- Pirelli Sottozero3 from tire rack there cost $171 per tire and they are also run flat tires. They will mounted to the stock rims.

Thanks Bob. However you better check those tire rack prices again for that tire. Are you on the stock 20 inch RS wheels? Winter tires are much much more expensive for that wheel size. They were so expensive that I bought a smaller set of wheels and tires. I went with 17in wheels and Bridgestone Blizzak tires. Buying both of those ended up being cheaper than buying a set of winter tires for the stock RS wheels. |

I will have to give them a call and yes they are stock 20 inch Goodyear's run flats.

Check with tire rack and had a nice talk, and yes pretty expensive but probably going to pull the trigger on just the rear. Price was $336 per tire and its going to be Blizzak tires staying with the OEM tire size. They told me there shouldn't be any trouble with these tires in the snow.
